Paula Smoot Ogg, practicing family law exclusively for more than 30 years, has been a litigator since 1979. As a former Assistant U.S. Attorney, she has extensive training and experience in trial practice including the U.S. Justice Department Attorney General Advocacy Institute. In addition to quality representation through trial advocacy, Ms. Ogg provides alternative resolutions for clients desiring to minimize conflict. She is skilled at assisting clients in determining the most appropriate process to suit the circumstances. Ms. Ogg has been active in federal, state, and local bar associations; is currently on the executive committee of the Hennepin County Bar Association Family Law Section; and is past chair of the section.
